Age Criteria (Academic Year 2025-2026)

As per guidelines from the regulatory authorities:

  • Children seeking admission to Pre-KG should have completed 3 years as of 31st March of the year of admission.
  • Children seeking admission to KG 1 should have completed 4 years as of 31st March of the year of admission.
  • Children seeking admission to KG 2 should have completed 5 years as of 31st March of the year of admission.
  • Children seeking admission to Grade 1 should have completed 6 years as of 31st March of the year of admission.
  • In the case of an application for a child to enter a lower year group than their appropriate age cut-off year group due to various reasons agreed by the school and the parents, the parents must complete a “Demotion Form” from the KHDA once the child is enrolled confirming that the parents agree for the child to enter a lower year group associated with 31st March cut-off.
  • Below age criteria is applicable for the academic year 2025-26.

GRADE 2 to 10Based on Transfer Certificate from previous school

Pre-KG

  • Children seeking admission to Pre-KG must be three years old as of 31st March of the year of admission.
  • Seats are allotted on a first come first served basis.
  • Admission to Pre-KG depends on the child’s performance in an assessment session designed to evaluate their independent speech and physical development. to attend a pre-school.

KG 1

  • Children seeking admission to KG 1 must be four years old as of 31st March of the year of admission.
  • Seats are allotted on a first come first served basis.
  • Admission to KG 1 depends on the child’s performance in an assessment session designed to evaluate their independent speech and physical development.

KG 2 to Grade 9

  • Admissions from KG 2 to Grade 9 are granted based on the performance in the Eligibility Test and panel interview.
  • merit list of the successful students will be prepared in rank order and the parents of successful students will be informed as per the vacancies in each grade.

Grade 10

  • Admission to Grade 10 is subject to approval from CBSE and based on the performance in the Eligibility Test and panel interview.
  • Only students who have completed the CBSE registration in Grade 9 will be considered.
